Liability Release, Indemnification Agreement and Assumption of Risk.

I acknowledge that the rides and other activities of King David Bikers of South Florida, Inc. Motorcycle organization (KDBSF) are provided by unpaid volunteers for recreation, and that my participation is strictly voluntary for my own pleasure. I also acknowledge that to some extent all motor vehicles are inherently dangerous, and that participation in KDBSF events or rides may result in injury, death and/or property damage.

In consideration of the opportunity to enroll and continue as a member of KDBSF, I HEREBY AGREE for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, executors, heirs, and next of kin (a) to release, waive all claims against and covenant not to sue or hold responsible KDBSF and its members, officers and volunteers for any and all claims, damages, losses, judgments and causes of action (including, but not limited to personal injury, death and damage to property) caused by or alleged to be caused by or arising from or occurring during my participation in (including travel to and from) any KDBSF rides or activities, and (b) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the King David Bikers of South Florida, Inc. organization and its members, officers and volunteers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, judgments and causes of action ( including, but not limited to personal injury, death and damage to property) of any person, estate, entity or organization caused by or alleged to be caused by or arising from or occurring during participation in ( including travel to and from) any KDBSF rides or activities by me, any guest I may bring to an activity or any passenger on or in my vehicle.

I will take part in any KDBSF event or ride based upon my own assessment of my riding abilities, my equipment and conditions. I understand that KDBSF road trips traverse public highways and that KDBSF is not responsible for their condition, nor is KDBSF responsible for the actions or inactions of any of other persons. I accept responsibility for ensuring that I have proper health, liability insurance coverage and driver licenses with motorcycle endorsement in effect. I expressly acknowledge and assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death and property damage, represent that I am properly qualified and licensed to operate a motorcycle, confirm that I have read and understand the KDBSF Riding rules and agree to follow as amended from time to time.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM RELEASING, GIVING UP ALL RIGHTS FOR CLAIMS AGAINST, AND WAIVING ALL DAMAGES FROM THE KING DAVID BIKERS of SOUTH FLORID MOTORCYCLE ORGANIZATION AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS AND VOLUNTEERS, EVEN IF THERE HAS BEEN NEGLIGENCE ON THEIR PART, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY RIDES OR OTHER ACTIVITEIS OF KING DAVID BIKERS OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. ORGANIZATION.
